1.Are you trade company or manufacturer?

2.What is your company's main business?
Zinc Alloy Die Casting, Aluminum Alloy Die Casting, CNC Machining, Mould.
3. Why can't I get a quote if I only provide 2D drawings?
Because if only 2D drawings are available, our engineering department has no way of seeing the internal structure of the product and cannot provide an accurate quote.
4.What is your surface treatment?
Including: powder coating, sand blasting, painting, polishing, anodizing, zinc plating,electrophoresis, chrome plating ect.
5.What’s the standard of packing?
1)Neutral packing(pearl bag +carton)
2)Custom packing(with logo or special package according to custom requirement).
6.What materials do you use?
Aluminum 6061 6063, Aluminum Alloy ADC12,A380 ,Zinc Alloy 2# 3# 5# or customized
7.How can I get the quotation?
Please get us your 2D and 3D drawing or samples.
8.Can you provide the sample before bulk order?
Yes,we are ok to provide sample before bulk order.
9.When can I get sample and your main order time?
Sample time: 35-40 days after start to make mold. Order time: 35-40 days, the accurate time depends on product.
